The seat is comfortable and hard-wearing and very good value for money What's very important is that to install only took one Allan Key. There was no need to use Screw's, etc. as the seat slid into 4 rubber washers. Very, very, good idea. Very well designed.

I strongly advise anyone considering a Tesway e-bike to think very carefully before purchasing.

I bought the Tesway X9 Ultra based on the advertised range of up to 120 miles. The actual battery performance I have experienced has been nowhere near what was promoted, despite riding under normal conditions and providing the company with detailed information about my usage. The product has simply not met the expectations created by Tesway’s marketing.

The biggest disappointment, however, has been the customer service. For weeks, I have been forced to chase updates, repeat information, and wait for responses. Every email seems to result in another delay, another review, or another promise that the matter has been escalated. Despite providing everything requested, I am still left without a satisfactory resolution.

What makes this even more frustrating is that Tesway acknowledged an internal error that caused delays in handling my case. As a customer who spent a significant amount of money on this bike, I expected far better communication, accountability, and after-sales support.

At this stage, I have completely lost confidence in both the product and the company. A business should stand behind its claims and support its customers when issues arise. Instead, I have been left with a bike that does not perform as expected and a complaint process that has dragged on for far too long.

If you value honest advertising, reliable battery performance, and responsive customer service, my experience suggests you should look elsewhere
