When Will My Bike Be Delivered?
We ship from our overseas warehouse in the UK, and your order typically arrives within 2-5 business days. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. For more information, please visit our Shipping Policy.

What kind of maintenance does an e-bike require?
Regular maintenance includes:
Checking tire pressure and brakes.
Cleaning the chain and lubricating moving parts.
Ensuring the battery is charged and stored properly.
Periodic inspections of the motor and electrical connections.
What top speed can I expect on the ebike?
PRO Series delivers powerful performance in single motor mode:
you can reach speeds up to 32 MPH (51 KM/H).
Note: Top speed may vary slightly based on rider weight, terrain, and battery level.
Can I unlock the top speed of the e-bike?
Yes. The e-bike includes an optional speed unlock feature.
You can adjust the riding mode and speed according to your personal needs,(up to 32 MPH for single motor / 38 MPH for dual motor).
Instructions for unlocking speed can be provided by our support team upon request.
⚠️ Disclaimer: Please ensure that unlocking speed complies with local e-bike laws and regulations in your area. Use off-road mode responsibly.
How far can I ride on a full charge, and how long does it take to recharge?
On a full charge, the e-bike can reach up to 200 Miles (320 KM) with pedal assist or 170 Miles (275 KM)using throttle only. Charging the battery takes about 10 hours with the included 6A charger.
⚠️Please note: actual range may vary depending on factors such as rider weight, terrain, riding mode, speed, and weather conditions.
If the battery degrades and the range decreases, can I purchase a new one?
Battery degradation is closely related to riding frequency and maintenance. If used properly, the battery can last 2-3 years before needing replacement. TESWAY offers continued accessory purchase services. For high-frequency use, it’s also recommended to purchase an additional battery for alternating use.
What can I do if something goes wrong with my e-bike during the warranty?
In order to help you solve the problem as soon as possible, please describe the problem in detail, provide the order number, photos and videos of the problem, and send them to the official email address: support@teswaybike.com so that we can provide effective assistance
