TESWAY Brake Pads

‘’This is extremely disappointing.
Before placing the order, you asked me to send multiple photo of my e-bike model and battery to confirm the correct brake pads. I provided everything you requested, and only after your confirmation did I place the order.

Despite that, after making me wait several days, you have sent the wrong brake pads.

As you can clearly see in the attached photos, the brake pads you sent are much larger than the original ones and do not fit my bike at all. This is not a minor difference—it is completely the wrong model.

I ordered based on your confirmation, so this mistake is entirely on your side. Your service has been very frustrating and has wasted both my time and my money.

I expect you to dispatch the correct original brake pads for my e-bike within the next 1–2 days at no additional cost. Please also provide the tracking number as soon as they are shipped.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no option but to leave a detailed negative review and request a refund through the platform because this level of service is unacceptable.

I have attached photo showing the original brake pads and the ones you sent so the difference is obvious.
Please resolve this immediately.’’

This is the mail i sent on 23rd july and still no progress over this matter.just occasional replies that ‘we are working on it and will update you’
